At Dockers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 60 days of the purchase date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely seal the box before attaching the return shipping label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund once the items reach our warehouse.
